To better assist you, we are listing some of our most popular menu items for your convenience in planning your particular event. If other specific items are desired, we'll be glad to price those for you and create a personalized menu based on your preferences.

General Policies

For each event, we provide buffet setup with linens, disposable service, and flowers; prices also include plastic and paper service. Rental items such as glass plates, silverware, stemware, linen napkins, etc. are available upon request. We also offer complete setup of tables (with place settings, linens, and flowers) as an additional option.

A minimum guest count of 15 is required for any event; a final guest count must be confirmed one week prior to the event, with a 50% deposit required to hold your date. Payment must be made in full the day of the event.

The average length of events is between 1-3 hours. Any overtime will be charged at $100 per hour. All applicable sales tax will be added to each invoice. A 19% gratuity applies as well as a one-time delivery and setup fee of $65 (which may be adjusted based on event location).

Credit cards are not accepted.

Made-to-order waffles or pancakes: Belgian waffles served with whipped cream, maple syrup, hot chocolate sauce, and strawberries; pancakes served with whipped cream, maple syrup, strawberries, blueberries, and chocolate chips.


Breakfast Station "B" - $6.95 per person
Made-to-order omelettes: includes mushrooms, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, smoked turkey, ham, choice of two cheeses. Additional items available upon request.























Lunch Menus


The following lunch menus are general favorites; however, please feel free to create your own menu, or mix and match items to suit your preference, and we'll be happy to give you a customized price quote. All lunches are served buffet style and include linens, flowers, and disposable plates, napkins, and utensils.


Each price shown below is a "per person" rate; other charges may apply. Please refer to the General Policies section on the Catering Menus page for complete information on policies and pricing structures. A $40 delivery fee is charged for all drop-off lunches.

Sandwiches with a variety of fillings: roast beef, turkey, ham, and vegetarian spinach filling. Served with Lay's potato chips and Doritos, potato salad, relish tray, and assorted cookies. Make-your-own-sandwich bar available; please ask for a quote.

Miscellaneous

Beverage Setup and Service: $3.00 per person (includes your choice of any two beverages: bottled water, sodas, coffee, assorted hot or cold teas, juices, or punch)

Alcohol is not available for purchase; however, bartender service for your drinks can be arranged. A minimum of $75.00 per bartender applies and includes service for three hours. Each additional hour is $50.00.

To ensure your event's complete success, Your Chef To Go, Inc. provides experienced catering staff at the following rates: $65 per staff member for three hours with a charge of $25 for each additional hour. Contact us
